1.Payment Terms
Every project may include multiple service types such as interiors, architecture, or turnkey construction. Payments are taken per service/order, not for the whole project at once

2.Project & Order Structure
A “project” refers to the full home or space we work on.Each project may include multiple “orders” like modular interiors, civil work, or on-site services.
Payments are billed individually for each order.
A minimum project value of ₹1,00,000 applies.

A 10% booking amount is required to start the design process.
If the project scope increases later, an additional 10% will be needed before new design work begins.
5.Execution Stages
Work is divided into clear stages.Payments for each stage must be completed before moving to the next one.
We resume work only after the payment for the current stage is cleared.

Invoices for design, products, and services are issued by Mend Design .Invoices for partner products come directly from the seller.
11.Financial Services
We only assist with financing.Loan approval and terms depend entirely on the financial institution.

We ensure quality at every stage with strict checks. All Mend-made products are covered under our quality promise. Any issues with partner products must be claimed directly with the seller or service provider
