10-Year Warranty Policy
1. Modular Cabinets — 10-Year Warranty
We offer a 10-year warranty on all modular and semi-modular units, including kitchens, wardrobes, and cabinets.Covers core materials like BWP plywood & HDHMR, protecting against delamination and edge-band peeling.Does not cover misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.Only bends above 3mm will be repaired or replaced
2. OEM Products — Warranty by Manufacturer
Hardware, accessories, appliances, and other OEM-supplied items come with the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Their service, repair, or replacement is handled directly by the respective OEM brand.
3. First-Year Free Look-Over
- During the first year, you get two free maintenance visits to fix basic issues like loose hinges, channels, runners, or alignment adjustments
- To use this service, simply contact our customer support or email us to schedule a visit .
If the free visits are not used within 12 months, the offer expires. After one year, maintenance visits are available as paid services. Any repairs not covered under warranty will be charged extra, and you will receive a clear estimate before work begins.
4. How to Claim Warranty
Email your issue with photos to info@menddesign.in
Our team will inspect the site
If approved, we will repair or replace the part
Replacements may not be identical but will match as closely as possible
Warranty coverage reduces gradually over the years.
5. Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear & tear (scratches, dents, cuts, etc.)
Damage from water leakage or damp walls
Fading or damage from heat, sunlight, moisture
Wrong cleaners or harsh chemicals
Misuse or poor maintenance
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Natural disasters or environmental damage
Using products in the wrong way
Resale of products (warranty becomes void)
Repairs done by non-authorized technicians
Rust on metal parts caused by chemicals or sprays
6. Replacement Cost Coverage
10-Year Products
Year 1 → 100% covered
Year 2–5 → 80% covered
Year 6–7 → 50% covered
Year 8–10 → 30% covered
3-Year Products
Year 1 → 100% covered
Year 2–3 → 80% covered
